We had a wonderful 3-night stay here in July 2025. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond. The room itself was very comfortable, particularly the bed, and the bathroom was a great size. Breakfast and room service from the restaurant was excellent and fast. The view from the terrace is especially lovely. The hotel is perfectly situated near the water in karakoy, close to transport, restaurants and cafes. Would gladly stay here again on our return.
