Front desk is open 24/7. As part of the resort upgrade plan, renovation works will be carried out from January 20, 2026 to March 20, 2026. During this period, villas 33–36 will be refurbished. The works do not involve major construction or significant noise. All hotel services and facilities will continue to operate as usual. Routine maintenance will also be conducted on one of the main building pools to inspect piping and water circulation systems. This will not affect the guest experience, as the resort offers 12 swimming pools in total, including 6 heated and 6 standard pools.
