Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park 

We stayed at the Delta by Marriott DIP as long-term residents for a year. We initially arrived as short-term guests on our way to our usual haunt of the Marriott Marquis Deira (Dubai Creek), however this premises captured our souls, and the staff our hearts. Yes, there are some foibles, but they can be overlooked and actually negated, as the staff will do anything to assist, and will go above and beyond. Now that we have departed from Delta Hotels by Marriott Dubai Investment Park, I wanted to take the time to write properly and express our sincere thanks to the staff. Over the course of our stay, what began as a hotel experience evolved into something far more meaningful. We did not feel like transient guests. We felt known, recognised, and genuinely welcomed. There was consistency, warmth, and authenticity in the way the team engaged with us, and that made a significant difference to our time, and to the family. I extend our heartfelt thanks to the Front Office leadership, including Yash Ghodke, Nakul Madan, and Waseem Kalwa, and to the wider reception team, including Hussam El Ashry, Riya Sarkar, Fatih Kirmizioglu, Elchin Aydamirov, Rihem Ben Chalbi, and Melanie Mejias (And formally Daniyal and others). Their professionalism was constant, but equally important was their warmth and approachability. The Bell team and Drivers, including Cyrin Rey, Zeeshan Khan, Usman Jarry Bin Ghazanfar, Umer Khan, Mohamed Khalifa, and Mohamed Ashraf, were always reliable, courteous, and attentive. They ensured that every arrival and departure felt seamless and personal, and a special thanks from our children who were always treated as special guests. The restaurant team, including Dani, Kisha, Movindu, Alia Novila, Paula, Rooba, Sameer, Hassan, Abou, Nyien, Ahmed Dokmak, Helal, Jerin, Hannah, Juan, Danindu, and Thin Zaw, consistently delivered service with genuine care. The culinary team, including Kalam Negi, Nijat Valiyev, Ahmed Al-Najjar, Manish Singh, Ramesh, Chandra, Zeynal, Ravi Khanal, Sowrav, Reaj, Thaman, and Kamal, provided quality and consistency that we truly appreciated. The Security team, including Amit Satish, Sagar Shrestha, Asmita Thapa, Rehan Akbar, Zohaib Abbasi, and Sandip, were always professional and reassuring, and the Housekeeping team, including Murali, Deepa, Jiban, Fabin, and Jagannath, maintained standards that never wavered. What stood out most was the sense of cohesion across the property. There was pride in delivery, accountability in execution, and genuine care in interaction. That culture cannot be manufactured. It comes from leadership and from people who care about their roles and about one another. By the end of our stay, we genuinely felt as though we were among friends and family. There was familiarity, kindness, and an ease of interaction that made it feel less like a hotel and more like an extended family environment and a home. That is not something that can be trained into people. It reflects character, love, attention, passion, and above all, humility. We share our love and gratitude with every individual named above. We leave with appreciation and respect, and we will remember our time at Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park very fondly, and miss it deeply. With sincere thanks and the deepest of regards to everyone at the property.
