Another wonderful visit to this amazing hotel. As the staff repeatedly state this is your family. Apart from the food the facilities and indeed the fabulous entertainment from the signing groups to craig and his team , things remain in an upward trend. In particular they say the true test of any company is not how they perform in good times but how they react in critical incidents. I was very impressed with how the hotel dealt with an incident when a young lad suffered a serious health issue .They provided quick assistance and thereafter followed up with what appeared to be tremendous support to the family of the lad. Thanks again to Savas and Mehmet and reception staff for assistance offered at the end of. Our holiday for kindness with a minor issue. For those people checking the site to make a decision on booking or not the number of return visitors which sit in the 60-70% bracket says it all.
