A clean room at a decent price. The owners are friendly as well. I always stay at Country Hearth when I'm in the Union City, TN. area.

It was clean and pretty quiet. Its a smaller place.. but was well worth the stay for the week.

Very nice staff, older motel, but in good shape.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet so was able to get some sleep.

Older facility that had been nicely updated. Building and parking lot were clean. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Adequate breakfast. Motel located near Discovery Park and on street with nearby restaurants and shopping. We were pleased with our choice.

She could been little more synthetic sympathetic to me because my mom had died and I was going to a funeral it was a joke she was just rude and I was rude right back babe she said that they don't let people check in till 3:00 and on their platform it says 1:00 so they need to figure out what time people can check in and check out cuz it makes no sense I had my time I was checking in what time you sent me my reservations for well I think I have one room ready for you but well we just want to be rude today and breakfast was a joke I had to clean the air conditioner or heater goes a whole front of it was all nasty and dirty  I need to do a little bit more thorough cleaning the place is nice but not that nice

Little bit older of a building but the rooms are extremely clean! We were upgraded to a king room upon arrival! 
Owners go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Very personable!
Breakfast was plentiful; juices, coffee, milk, cereals, hard boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, assorted breads, and waffles!! 

Super clean overnight stay!

This hotel is amazing! We had a late check-in and the owner was on site to get us checked i. Was so friendly and kind. The room is beyond my expectations! Its super clean smells nice... There is potpourri in the bathroom and I love the circle pillow on the bed 10 out of 10 totally recommend this homie hotel!!

Beyond my expectations

One of the better hotels I've stayed at for like $80. And I've stayed at alot. It's just little things like they put plastic covers over the remote. Maybe other hotels are doing it too idk haven't stayed at one in a little while. But it looked clean. Guy up front was super nice. Helped me make my waffle in the morning. Never done the waffle maker before. Descent little breakfast. Sausage, cereal, waffles, COFFEE.... etc.

The bedspreads were beautiful - the rooms was so interesting and pretty - the bed was very comfortable and everything a traveler needs is ALL there.  We had just spent days traveling and this hotel which isn't particularly huge, surpassed all the "name brands."  They  serve a great breakfast.  The people who run it are so welcoming and you can see the personal pride they take in this place throughout.  Highly recommended.


Small Jewel of a Hotel

I have stayed here many times for business trips. The rooms are always clean. The AC works great. All rooms include a ceiling fan as well, which unexpected but nice. You also feel very safe and the other guests seem to be people passing through for work or business trips as well. The husband and wife that own and operate the motel are very kind and always accommodating. This is my go-to place to stay any time I am in the area. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Union City.

Best place to stay in the area!

Room was clean and even though it was a smoking available room it really did not have that smell to it. My only complaint is that the alarm on the clock radio could not be set nor did the radio work. A very, very small issue & really wasn't a problem. I do wish they allowed pets though, had my wife been with me we'd of had the dogs and would not of been able to stay there. There's a sign stating no pets so I assume no pets allowed, which is a shame as we've family there and we'll be needing pet friendly hotels. I hope that policy is no longer in place because I'd like to stay there again. They offered plenty of tv channels, which in all honesty was no advantage as I was just there for less than 12 hours & that was just so I could get some sleep, relax a little in the morning, take a shower & leave. I can't say anything about the free breakfast because I wasnt interested in it. Im sure it would of been decent had I went to get some. Check in & out was a breeze as well. If I'm alone again and need a hotel in Union City, Tn again I'll be sure to stay there again, as long as it's just myself. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

The room was a smoking double bed room. The room appeared clean when we first arrived but we shortly noticed hair in the sink area, in the bathroom floor and on the wall beside the shower. Bed were not very soft but the pillows were comfortable. Location was close to several stores and restaurants. The refrigerator was clean. The hotel's information book was very outdated as it said a certain attraction would be opening in 2013 and this is 2022, also restaurants named in the book were closed and out of business.

Ok for cheap stay

Room was super clean, quick in and out. Had a comfy king bed and a recliner. The bed , carpet, bathroom were all really clean. Would recommend!! Even the parking lot was freshly painted. Walmart next door and restaurants within walking distance. About 20 miles to Reel Foot Lake and 60 toLand Between Lakes

Great motel on our way to Reel Foot Lake

We spent two nights here while visiting family out on the lake.  The rooms were ample , clean, and comfortable.  The bathrooms looked newly refurbished.  The breakfast was adequate and the owner/operators were very efficient about complying with any of our requests.  Although it sits off the main road, traffic noise was not a bother.  Room air conditioners were noisy as one might expect but we were tooo tired from the days activities to mind.  This was a good stoop.
