The stay was good. Easy checkin and room was clean and very roomy.

Hotel.com mess up my reservations and Alex the desk Clerk helped us get everything straight. He could have sent us away stating we did not take your money Hotel.com took it but he didn’t. He was on the phone with hotel.com for over 4 hours along with my wife and I . I have use there services for over 10 year with out any problems but this was one of worst experiences I have had with this site.

I only stayed one night. Checked in around 8:00 PM and checked out at 8:00 AM.  I didn't explore much and found it clean for the night.

The staff greeted me every time I walked in.

Hotel was very quiet and bed was just perfect comfort level. Was alittle disappointed the food pantry and beverage was not available. Pool was not available bcuz someone broke handicap chair and exposed the wires.

The breakfast is good but less choices. Front desk is so nice and courteous.

The hotel was nice and well maintained and clean. The clerk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was too hard, but the pillows were great. There were no drinks on site except water......and the breakfast wasn't very good. But overall it was well worth the money, and I  would stay here again.

The room cleanliness is good. I don’t have the issues that I have read on other reviews. I stayed one week. Breakfast was fully stocked each morning (including Thanksgiving Day) with sausage and/or bacon and scrambled eggs, Texas shaped waffles, toast bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, dry cereal and milk, and fresh fruit - bananas, apples, and tangerines. The indoor areas were all very clean every day. One day housekeeping forgot to freshen our towels but the desk clerk happily provided fresh ones. The sundries area had a good stock of toiletries plus beverages and snacks. The room had refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot plus sufficient charging outlets for smart watch, cell phone, and hearing aids. The parking lot is well lighted. Even though I was traveling alone and sometimes coming in at night, the area appeared safe and well attended. All of the laundry rooms were said to be out of order and the indoor pool was closed. I did not use the indoor gym because it was in a remote corner of the building. I was visiting family in the area and found this location to be convenient as it is near Walmart, movie theater, and other shopping areas.

Terrific Thanksgiving week stay

We had a few issues during our stay. I got tired of "complaining" so we just dealt with it. First room toilet was running continuously but seemed clean. I just didn't want the maintenance person coming in during our stay. Second room was very dirty...food crumbs on the floor, hair in the sink, pee in the floor, etc. We laid extra towels in the floor to walk on, picked up crumbs and hair. The indoor pool was broke too, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The beds are a bit hard. It isn't the worst but it could definitely be better.

Could be better.

The hotel Location is great! lots to shopping and restaurants just across the street. There is a movie theater at the corner of the block, Walmart, & HEB within walking distance. The room was great (104) just a door down from the breakfast area, the bed was comfortable, and the heater worked really well. The bathroom had some cosmetic issues for me. The shelf over the toilet was not there but the equipment to hold it up and in place was still there and rusted. The tub had mark or stain in the middle where a shower mat must have been. The tub/shower didn't drain as well, it started to pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. property looks really good and clean.

Superbowl weekend

Friendly staff and very clean hotel. 
The main entrance check-in hallway main lounge and breakfast area was clean and we'll kept. 
Our room/suite we were very happy with and the parking lot was well lit, clean and safe.
We had a king bed suite the room was clean, furniture 
bathroom and rug were clean and we'll kept. We were visiting family near by and Extended our stay an extra day. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. 
The pictures we looked at from choice hotel app for booking matched our room.

Great 3 night stay

This hotel is clean, close to Fort Hood and also close to shopping and restaurants.  Like many other hotels, some amenities are closed because of COVID restrictions including the breakfast buffet and the pool, but the two other hotels I’ve stayed at recently in other areas of texas also had those restrictions. My room was spacious, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable.  They are undergoing renovations and updates but it wasn’t noisy at all when I was there. I definitely will stay again when I’m in the area as the area seemed safer than some of the other Killeen hotel locations.

Great place to stay near Fort Hood

Stayed on 4th floor.  Pros:  All staff were nice, particularly Jenny.  Good breakfast.  Clean room.  Cons (see photos):  torn sheet, ratty (but actually very comfortable) desk chair, very noisy tub drain.  P.S.  Be careful...the tub slants toward the drain and can be very slippery....had to use grab bar a lot (even though this was not a handicap room).
