Been coming here 8 times now - that should tell you it is fantastic in itself , but this time we finally met the new owner Sarah who was absolutely lovely and really looked after myself and my girlfriend,
We got our usual Seaview room - believe me a view to die for , just love going to sleep looking out the window and waking up to the same view - FANTASTIC , this is in a Quiet Location , but less than 5 minutes walk into town with views all the way , a quiet location means you are guaranteed a lovely nights sleep.
Thanks Sarah for a wonderful stay - we usually come every 1-2 years so we will see you on our return.

PANORAMIC VIEWS AND LOVELY HOST

The room was nice had everything needed for a weekend stay the view was Amazing not the weather! We had a brilliant time the kids loved it will definitely be going back again soon!! The owner was lovely.

Amazing sea view

The property is very like an air b&b which was great for us as a family as fantastic location near to all the attractions and opposite the spa to which we had a show booked so even better
 We had a top floor room with panoramic seaviews.   On arrival we were given a key code to come and go as we needed. 

The room was simple but really comfy with everything we needed. Cannot wait to book my next trip there.

Stunning Views. Perfect Location

We knew the hotel was Under New Management as Nicola had told us last year she was selling it , we were worried as we were used to Nicola as my girlfriend has a severe speech problem , but we found the new owner Larissa to be lovely and helpful , nothing was to much trouble.

We always book in advance as we have a specific room we like to be in , i must say the hotel is always spotlessly clean , and as you can see by everybody elses reviews the location is superb , 2 mins from the beach with the view as soon as you walk out the front door , and the other bonus is that its in a quiet area not to close to pubs so you get a great nights sleep.

Thanks Larissa we will be back next year - take care , stay safe and happy.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AS LOVELY AND HELPFUL AS NICOLA WAS

Came here last night and had an amazing night. The new Manger/ couldn't do enough to help you. She was very warm and welcoming and took a big interest in my dog I brought. She made sure I had one of the best rooms which benefited from a sea view, which was only yards away. Very surreal.  The Guest house also has a lovely front siting room which myself and partner chilled in and played games whilst watching the sunset. Overall, a 5 star guest house- it was clean, welcoming, situated in a great location next to the beach and Spa, and town centre and pet friendly. The only snag was that they weren't providing food due to covid-19 but there's a great cafe a few mins walk away that do cheap and good food.

Excellent seafront accommodation, lovely room,and the hosts can't do enough for you..Will definitely return again. Only stayed 3 days,last minute wish I could have stayed 3 more..weather was amazing too,which helped..roll on next time! Thanks larissa.x

Lovely stay

I stayed here in August 2020 and now looking to book again as I enjoyed it so much.
Had a sea view to die for !!
Must be the best location on the South side overlooking the beach and harbour.
Room was clean and fit for purpose .
Staff great.

Booking Pembroke was a last minute choice. Did it via Hotel.com, quick and easy. We arrived around 7pm and was met by the lady who runs it. She was warm and welcoming. Showed us to our room and explained the front door policy. We were then showed our room. Nice and fresh room, nice deco. We settled in for the night. It was fairly quiet and we slept well, room was just the right temp. My husband had the breakfast and said that it was really nice and filling. Well worth the money we paid. I can highly reccommend the place and will deffo be rebooking in the future..😍

Late booking

What a lovely place, good old fashioned B&B would recommend, traditional place where you feel at home, nice to see people returning again, which shows consistently good service.
 Central location opposite the spa. easy to get to and parking good outside cost £1.50. Not bad at all. 
 Breakfast is  superb too, sets you up  for the day

mini Break away

What a lovely bed and breakfast we stayed here last Friday night we fancied a little break away well I did don’t know about the husband lol so I looked around Bridlington and found a smashing bed and breakfast the owner was lovely and friendly we had a sea view room which was very clean tidy with a little on suite all we wished for breakfast was at 9 and that was lovely just across the road from the spa theatre and round the corner from the harbour close to shops beach pubs arcades restaurant chip shops definitely recommend this place to people thanks for making us welcome x
