Anantara Downtown Dubai offers the following additional benefits for Voyage guests: one complimentary coffee and stuffed croissant in the Lobby Lounge per guest per stay, and guaranteed late check-out until 03:00 PM. Benefits are valid from 4 August to 15 September 2025.

The following services must be booked in advance: massages and spa treatments. The hotel will accept order in case of prior contact. Please use the contact information on the booking confirmation to make a reservation.

One child 12 years old and younger stays free of charge when staying in the parent / guardian's room with no extra bed.

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.

This property has adjoining / adjoining rooms which may be provided subject to availability.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The first batch of renovated rooms will be available in September 2025.
