Mercure Sochi Centre Hotel

As a leader of a big conference group, I stayed for 7 nights in early February 2022, while the group of 200 people, all oncology physicians from Armenia, stayed for 4 nights. Throughout the stay no one from this big group had a tiny complaint on anything offered by the hotel. The breakfast was just perfect - a great variety of high-quality food to cater to anyone's taste and diet, the area was very clean, the kitchen hood was working well with no odor trespassing into the dining hall. The rooms were just great - for 200 people I booked various types of rooms (twin, double, single use, executive, city and sea view) and everybody was just happy with all amenities and services offered during their stay (and these physicians do travel a lot to attend scientific conferences and they are used to high Western standards). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious for 2 people, fully equipped with everything one may need (bathroom robes, slippers, hygiene kits, two-mode shower hose, high-quality and nice-looking ceramics), cleaning service was at its best. Elevators (4ea) were very speedy and well maintained offering a great flexibility for such a big group of people to use them intensively. The lobby is spacious and offers good seating area for groups like ours to spend evening around a drink or team-building games and networking.
