Over all I enjoyed my stay at the Kartal hotel and would stay there again if i return.The staff are friendly and the location is great not far from the beach and surrounded by good restaurants and at a great price.For the price the breakfast was a bonus but was quite basic but the outside seating and the pool area are excellent.The hotel is privately owned and has a family feel to it, i felt safe there and they were lovely people.The rooms are basic but a nice size but a winner for me was the balcony where you can hang your washed clothes the room also had a good fridge, the bathroom was very good as well.The rooms are not cleaned daily so your not getting clean towels everyday day but just ask if you need them no problem, i just hanged my towel on the balcony it was dried in 5 mins (i think its a waste of money cleaning them everyday anyway), the wifi was good and there was a table and chair that i could sit at when using my laptop.So at the end of the day its an excellent budget friendly hotel in a great location, you might not be living in luxury but your have more money to spend at the local restaurants which is a winner for me as Turkish food is fantastic...
