We stayed at Oasia Hotel Novena from 10 to 16 Aug 2025. We have stayed in this hotel many time before and each time, our expectations were fully met and exceeded. We stayed in a Club Room and as always, it was well furnished with everything you need, making for a most comfortable, relaxing and pleasant experience. More importantly, we had access to the Club Lounge which was very nice to say the least. Throughout our stay, we were thoroughly pampered by the Club Lounge staff, led by Manager Charmine Goh, who spared no efforts in looking after us. Whether it was the daily breakfast or just chilling in the afternoons, the Club Lounge staff, especially Gerald and Iryati, were always there with a broad smile and drinks on hand (they made it a point to remember our preferences) to welcome us! They are truly the assets of the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location and is well connected by walkways to a MRT station, shopping malls and medical facilities. So you are always near to everything you possibly need. While some aspects of the hotel may be slightly dated, the maintence has always been tip-top and the staff are very responsive to our every request/need. All in all, Oasia Hotel Novena is a wonderful gem and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for high quality comfort, excellent service and great value for money (which is increasingly becoming very rare in Singapore).
