I would like to commend Paolo P. at the front desk and Charice, our server during breakfast, for their outstanding service during our stay. Paolo P. was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful at the front desk. He assisted us with our questions and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression. Charice provided excellent service during breakfast. She was attentive, warm, and very efficient, making sure we were well taken care of each morning. Her kindness and positive energy truly made our breakfast experience more enjoyable. Both Paolo P. and Charice are wonderful representatives of the hotel, and their excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for the great hospitality.
