The Pavilions Bali

We spent two weeks in this lovely hotel for our honeymoon with such friendly and helpful staff. You can't walk past anyone in the hotel without them smiling and saying hello to you and any requests or issues are sorted within minutes. Lovely food available either delivered to your villa or in the restaurant but the best thing is they make everything so easy. Like ordering room service has a clever app where you can order food and drinks and even tell them what time you would like it. Spa treatments were also fantastic and its a location thats close to everything. Three monkeys was a lovely restaurant near by but there are many to choose from on the main road or just walk through the mall for beachfront restaurants. Its really hard to find any faults with the hotel. If I could improve one thing I would say the air con just doesn't quite do the job and we woke a few times in the night being too hot. Downstairs it just about seemed to work but upstairs even when set to 18 it didn't seem to get cool enough. They came and had a look at it and it improved but I wonder if the output is tuned down at night or if the units could do with an upgrade. In all honestly its a minor point and the hotel is great, the rooms lovely and clean (we stayed a honeymoon villa) and you are always well looked after. Its a small hotel but it felt like a home from home rather than some of the big chain hotels. Checkout was at 12 and our room was booked after us but they still allowed us a late checkout and another villa to use and even came to collect our luggage and move it to the other room for us so we could enjoy our last day. Would highly recommend this hotel, it has an amazing team of staff and maybe one day we'll be back!
