Me and my friends spent two nights there in the beginning of August. Rooms had been booked by phone so no pre-payment had been made. Having landed in Novosibirsk, I saw that they’d phoned me four times (!!!). I returned their calls and it appeared that they were worried that I was not coming. My God! This is what I call personalized service! It was easy to find them. Check-in was quick, girls at the reception desk were hospitable, smiling, ready-to-help, with great sense of humor and did their job elegantly and professionally. We parked our cars in a guarded free parking space nearby and walked away to explore the city (which we didn’t like, by the way). My suite was clean and comfy though it definitely saw better days. The bed, however, was perfect, the restroom was shining and wi-fi was swift. Sound insulation was good too. They offer open buffet for breakfast – copious and with wide choice of both cold and hot dishes. Waiters worked quickly and efficiently. Well done, guys! To make the long story short – recommended. You’ll get good product for your money.
