I arrived at this hotel with my family on 6th of August (JoinUp) and waited about two hours for access to my room. I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed Abdel Galeel (Manager) for his efforts to make his clients feel welcome. He was very helpful Regarding the rooms, ours was large, spacious, with comfortable beds – the only drawback was the chairs, which had worn seats. The bathroom would need renovation. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful – shops, McDonald's, and a pharmacy with a small aqua park It's being expanded. Great location. I also thank the staff works very hard to satisfy their customers. The food (average)– everyone can find something to eat.
