Bitez Garden Life Hotel - All Inclusive

I recommend the hotel 100%. I was with my mother for 1 week in May. Great weather, super area, calm and quiet surronding, also a lot of nature. Very close to the sea and beach with sun loungers - there is a gate from the hotel and a 1-2 minute walk. FOOD: Food in the hotel excellent, fresh, tasty and varied - there is something for everyone, local food but also such ‘European’ food (delicious). SERVICE: sensational, great, friendly, polite, helpful. The waiters are quick and up to date and kindly take away dirty plates from the tables while you are eating. They make great drinks, I personally recommend the special cocktail. The guys are kind and contactable: Baran, Mustafa, Baver, Murat, Mehmet şef, Selhaddin, Alper (You guys are the best. Mum and I send our warmest greetings from Poland, Warsaw). Each of the guys is not only handsome but above all cordial, helpful and resourceful. At the reception they are very nice and friendly and helpful. As we arrived at the hotel from the airport we were greeted by a wonderful chap called Mert - he carried our luggage to our room, told us when meals were, what was in the area and answered our questions. Great service in the restaurant, reception, spa, cleaning service, entertainer, salesman - all are very friendly. The hotel manager is great too, friendly, smiling, contactable - he greeted us often and asked if we liked the food and if we needed anything. ROOMS: Rooms are clean and tidy, mattresses and pillows comfortable and clean, there are balconies and chairs on them. Staff are quick to change towels, toilet paper etc. HOTEL AREA: There are 3 pools at the hotel, slides and sun loungers with umbrellas - enough for many people. There is also a great spa, Turkish rituals like Hammam, massages, saunas - great. There is a shop on the hotel grounds for food and souvenirs and necessities. There are also activities like a DJ and super friendly and helpful entertainer/animator Salih, billiards, mini golf and music. Lots of greenery in the hotel - they take great care of it.
