I stayed in first central hotel on 26-31.10 with group of polish students. I was a tour leader and this wasn’t a first time we stayed with group at first central hotel. We’re always satisfied with service we get there. Special thanks to full concierge team that made our stay unforgettable. For Morshed who was the leader of our stay and helped us with so many things. He helped to sort out a beach transport. Firstly I wanted him to assist me with ordering taxis but he was happy to help me with a big bus (which was easier and more convenient). He made the whole day out to the beach easier and he was always on stand by if any problem happened. He also assisted with luggage store as our group didn’t want to leave them outside, he was understanding enough that he prepared a special place just for our group so they didn’t have to worry about their belongings during our safari trip on last day after check out. I would also like to thank Gideon who was also there for us if we needed it. I had a nice conversations with him about group, and what we’re doing. He always asked if we needed help with something during the day. He also gave a lot of recomemntions what we could do in Dubai with future groups. He helped us with luggage when we were leaving for airport and said goodbye to group. He also arranged a seat for me and teachers when we were waiting for our airport pickup. Can’t also forget about Amine who also assisted our group especially with moving teachers to a different room on our second night. Without a problem he was very happy to assist them, and also rushed to me with printed stuff that I almost forgot to take to safari. He was always happy to help and also very open to have a conversation with guests so we were happy that we could bond with hotel team during our stay. Couldn’t recommend staying at first central enough. I will be back at first central in January with another group so see you very soon. 😊
