Delphin Imperial Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

First time at a delphin hotel. Read many reviews before I booked. The negative reviews are absolutely ridiculous. The whole place is amazing. Think after ten days we only got around fifty percent of hotel and grounds. Food amazing. Three times the amount of choice you get in other hotels. Entertainment amazing. One night the amazing group actually got me up dancing after about twenty years of not bothering. The whole staff cannot do enough for you, which is really appreciated. The waiters and bar staff are amazing. Have to mention the animation team. Might get the spelling wrong but basri and adha and tarka were amazing. Really took time out of there busy day to take time and speak to us. Sorry to say can’t remember animation manager’s name but what an amazing man. Spent an hour of his precious time talking to us one day. Interesting guy and really appreciated the time he spent with us. Upon arrival you are given a beach bag. Win darts or take part in pool activities you win a tee shirt or hat. Nice touch. Where ever you sit, inside or outside somebody asks you if you want a drink. Branded drinks which was nice. Four bottles of beer in fridge everyday plus two bottles of wine. My only complaint was that the karaoke night was not Karaoke night. It lasted an hour after some show. Only got to sing one song. Spoke to entertainment manager and he said he couldn’t be In two places at once. Appreciate that but delegate it to somebody else. Have a proper karaoke night,not just after thought after some show. Absolutely treated like royalty and will be back next year. Ignore negative reviews, this place is amazing. Will want to be on other side of hotel so don’t hear mosque at 5.30 in morning though. Ignore every single negative review. This is best hotel I’ve stayed in, in this area and I’ve stayed in a few. Will be back next year and hopefully get to see the whole place.
