We were first checked in in a tiny room with no balcony and in a very loust state.. After fighting at the reception and demanding that we receive our sea view room on a high floor as pre requested in the booking, we were moved to a magnificent room on the 5th floor, very spacious with a gorgeous balcony. The worst 2 things are the wifi and room AC. you can't change the temperature and it is already very humid outside, so you basically have to deal with hotness in and outdoors. Wifi connects in ALLLLL areas including the beach, but you have to enter username and passcode every single time you change the hall. Dinner is something out of this worlds. Huge amounts of food with great variety and taste. Breakfast wasn't equally impressive. In the evening there are entertainment shows on the beach. Flies are terrible though but there are complimentary drinks and snacks in almost every corner. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and you get to really enjoy the view and free food, but the weather is almost always humid and unbearable outside. If you take a cab to go to a newby shopping mall (they are plenty) you shall ask the driver to use the meter, they try to suck out cash from tourists.
