3rd time here and each time improvements have been made. Excellent food, very clean all round, but best of all it's the amazing staff who go that extra mile to make your experience extra special! 99% of the staff stood out, but have to mention a few special ones: - Those who remembered us from previous visits and treated us like royalty, including Mohamed Zezo Fathy & Mohammed El Sayed (Restaurant), Mostafa Ahmend Apd Elhady & Osa Ma (Recreation/Pools), Mostafa Hendy (Beverage Asst Manager) - Newer staff including the especially hard working and funny Islam Hassan (Was Lobby bar but moved to Lemon Twist Bar due to miserable Refay!), Eslam Mostafa & Abdo (Lemon Twist Bar), Hesham Elgadawy (Terrazza Restaurant), Mohamed Ali & Thomas (Waterfall Pool & Bar) Special Mention to the Cleaner (Sorry, didn't get his name) around the reception and bar areas as he never stopped cleaning and always smiled :-) - also have to mention and say thanks to Samar and all the room cleaning staff (and their amazing towel art), Gardeners, Maintenance team etc - The animation team had completely changed again, but Mariam & The young man from Cairo were great, but the others didn't seem to engage with guests or smile, especially the team leader! Thank you again Team Aurora, we will be back again, hopefully next year!
