The front desk is open until 18:00.

Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid at the hotel. Please note that check-in closes at 15:00 on Fridays and Jewish holidays. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. When booking for more than a week, different policies of cancelation may apply. The hotel is not suitable for elderly and disabled guests since the access to the rooms is by stairs and without an elevator.

If you arrive after 18:00, you must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions.
