The hotel is located conveniently near the metro station. I checked into the hotel on the 3rd of October and was part of a group of 11 rooms booked from Agoda. I want to give special recognition to Sanjay at the concierge (and the bell desk team), the guy in FnB at the lobby level from whom I ordered a sandwich, Housekeeping Supervisor (guy from pakistan), the restaurant hostess during breakfast on the fifth floor and the waiters waiting at the circular sitting area in the 5th floor restaurant. Reception knew their job well and we're prompt on their response, but bad luck we arrived when the hotel was extremely busy and so couldn't give early checkin. But yes they managed to give me late check out till 2pm. There are less elevators here so lot of time waiting for elevators, alas everything else is good. Also rooms are in good shape, are large enough and with good views.
