What a fantastic Family holiday. Many thanks to the efforts of every single staff member across the whole of the hotel. A spacious hotel, huge room, beautifully kept surroundings and amazing facilities. Each and every member of staff the whole week went above and beyond. The life guards, especially those on the slides, were incredible with my two kids ( 10 and 6). Mahamoud in the main restaurant and Mohammed Tharwat in the Indian restaurant. A couple of issues we had during our stay were dealt with professionally and swiftly. The pools and water park are unreal, my kids were in heaven. The food is aimed at an Arabic diet, but as your in an Arabic country that is to be accepted, and make the best of new / different foods. We have had better and more varied buffet’s. Bars were well stocked and staff served as quickly as possible, queuing could be an issue. Unfortunately the behaviour of the Arab guests at meal times is culturally very different to European. Grown men happy to knock 6 year old girls out of the way to steal a whole pizza she’s just queued for, making her wait even longer. Hoarding food they do not eat, pushing shoving and throwing food / plates / cutlery around. They have three cleaners in the restaurant just cleaning up after guests. My daughter was cut after a plate was thrown by an adult. We found the behaviours at meal times to be less stomachable than the food. Once you accept that and move on, it’s not so bad. We did however find that breakfast and lunch was served in the Indian, which was a much more relaxed, quiet and enjoyable experience. Thanks again Mohamed Tharwat. The excursions were brilliant from the hotel, a boat trip snorkelling and diving. And parasailing. All very reasonably priced. Wish I remembered the name of the team member who sold them. Red Sea Adventures gave us the most amazing day out to sea. Fully recommend booking with them. There’s a lot of sales people, 2 teams selling different excursions, spa, photos, hair dresses, tattoo’s and possibly more all have different people selling. Entertainment wasn’t the greatest, in-fact it was a disappointment. Tatiana and the other customer relations were helpful with issues raised regarding other guests. If you’re happy to holiday amongst differant cultures, this is a fantastic place to visit. We are already looking to book the sister hotels nearby next year. Many thanks Charmillion
