The Westin New York Grand Central 

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Grand Central and is our go-to hotel in NYC. The location is unbeatable—right next to Grand Central Station—making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and it is on the 1/2 marathon route. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team set the tone for a great stay. They were warm, professional, and efficient, making check‑in seamless and welcoming after a long day of travel. They were also accommodating on our day of departure. We expired flight delays and they were able to secure an extra night for my family. A special call‑out to Eve at the concierge, who truly went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind, offering thoughtful recommendations and assistance that made navigating the city effortless. Her level of service really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. The entire team was helpful too. Their restaurant recommendations were five stars. The room was spacious by New York standards, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The Westin Heavenly Bed lived up to its reputation and made it easy to relax and recharge. The cleaning staff especially Olga deserves recognition for their attention to detail—the room was consistently spotless and well cared for throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where both the food and service were excellent. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming—perfect for both a business breakfast and unwinding at the end of the day. Overall, the hotel offers a refined, peaceful retreat in the heart of the city, backed by exceptional service across every touchpoint. Whether traveling for work or leisure, The Westin Grand Central delivers comfort, convenience, and hospitality at a very high level. Highly recommend.
