Our experience at the Le Meridien Jimbaran was nothing short of perfect. We stepped from our room each morning to the pool, ate a leisurely breakfast with eggs cooked perfectly each day by the chef, and then we swam the day away, enjoying happy hour drinks and relaxing! Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day by the friendly but non-intrusive housekeeping team - we appreciated that very much. During our stay, we utilised every area of the hotel including the roof top bar (delicious food and what a great sunset view!), the gym (loved the energiser juice each time I visited plus the cleanliness!), the kids club and the spa (Ninka you are exceptional at your job - I hope I spelt your name correctly!). Every interaction we had was over and above a normal standard of service. Both Erica and Keishya were wonderful, helpful and friendly to us each day. They are working hard to ensure guest satisfaction. Mr Smiley is truly a special human, remembering guests names, entertaining the children and generally sprinkling positive energy everywhere he goes. The people are an incredible asset to this hotel. I look forward to returning! Thankyou to all of the amazing staff who made our family holiday so memorable!
