It was first time to visit Marsa Alam. The hotel was very clean nicely built with most rooms have beach view. We had an excellent service started by Mr Alaa Eldin who went above and behind to ensure that all our requests are fulfilled with even more than we asked. In general staff are very friendly with nice smiles and let you feel very welcomed. Room size is very decent in size, Ahmed Aboud made our room looked different every day (nice touch). The beach is Fantastic , blue clear water with white sand and live small fishes with their amazing colours (don’t miss snorkelling). Food was average , always have different choices. Ali Baba best bar tender ,can make any drinks you want plus a personal finishing touch. I will say their GYM needs uplift with better machines and evening entertainment could be better. For sure will go back next year
