The hotel is welcoming , accessible and just really nice. All that stops in the Hugo bar on the first floor. Service is poor. The food was uncooked. Did they care NO. Tasteless uncooked poor dish. A missed opportunity for a wonderful hotel. Train your restaurant staff to care.
