Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Children under 6 years old (inclusive) in multi-bed rooms are not allowed.
For foreign citizens, an additional registration fee of RUB 250.00 is charged.
The cost of a set of linen and towel: RUB 150.00.

A passport or identification document must be presented at check-in. When staying with children under the age of 14, their birth certificate must be provided. Guests under the age of 18 must also provide written consent from one of their legal representatives (parent, adoptive parent, guardian).

I checked-in very late at 1 am, after 24 hours of flights and buses. I was very tired. Unfortunately with Russian travel passport of with french passport without migration paper ( which I logically didn’t have as I have double nationalities) the check-in was not possible still don’t understand why. I didn’t feel that a receptionist wanted to find a solution. Only when I started crying as it is difficult to find a new place to sleep at 1 am with
