This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely attentive and helped to set up tours, massages, etc. Duygu is amazing and really helped to make the trip run smoothly for my parents and I. They were accommodating with the Turkish baths and massages. She helped to set up the hot air balloon ride. When the ride was cancelled on the day that we were supposed to go, she was prompt in rescheduling us for the next day. Hands down one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a hotel abroad. Thank you Kayakapi and thank you Duygu and the rest of the staff for your great care and attention to detail. Would recommend this stay for anyone!!
