The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. for a guest over 12 years old — RUB 3300.00: RUB 2000.00 per bed + RUB 1300.00 for breakfast;

children from 4 years — RUB 2700.00;

children under 3 years old — free of charge.

Underground parking is available at an additional cost and by appointment.

The number of parking spaces is limited, and pre-booking of parking is mandatory.

Access to the hotel's pool and spa complex is only possible by appointment and at an additional cost.

From 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM the cost of renting a spa complex is RUB 5500.00 per hour for a company of up to 4 guests. A surcharge of RUB 1000.00 per hour will be required for each additional guest.

From 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM the cost of renting a spa complex is RUB 6500.00 per hour for a company of up to 4 guests. A surcharge of RUB 1000.00 per hour will be required for each additional guest.

Starting from 10:00 PM, the cost of renting a spa complex is RUB 9500.00 per hour for a company of up to 4 guests. A surcharge of RUB 1000.00 per hour will be required for each additional guest.

The rental price includes the use of the entire bath complex: swimming pool, Russian bath, Turkish hammam, relaxation area, banquet area.

A 1-hour spa complex rental service is provided free of charge for guests staying in Suites.

Guests can use the fitness center and Finnish sauna free of charge from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Conference rooms can be rented at an additional cost.

Late check-out and early check-in are subject to prior agreement and are subject to an additional charge.

Housekeeping services: daily room cleaning and towel change.

Room service is available at an additional cost and must be paid on site.
