Access to the Palace Bridge Wellness Club spa area is an additional service provided by the hotel free of charge for resident registered hotel guests.

Access to the Palace Bridge Wellness Club is included for the number of guests for which the room is booked. Guests not staying at the hotel can visit the Palace Bridge Wellness Club spa area by paying extra for this service. Please see the Palace Bridge Wellness Club website for non-residential spa rates.

Russian citizens must present the original of a valid Russian passport upon arrival.

Original documents must be presented for each resident guest.

A foreign passport is not a document that allows you to stay in a hotel (with the exception of a foreign passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

For children from 0 to 14 years old, the original birth certificate must be presented. Without parents or legal representatives, for whom the parents must draw up a free-form permit, the child cannot stay at the hotel.

For children from 14 to 18 years old, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of the minor (original passport of the Russian Federation). A child can live without parents or legal representatives with the written consent of one of the parents / legal representatives.

Upon arrival, foreign guests must present a valid original of an identity document (passport) with a photo, as well as original documents (visa, migration card) that allow them to legally stay on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The number of extra beds in the hotel is limited. For reservations for more than two people, including children, please

contact the hotel to check the availability of extra beds for the date of interest.

Pets are charged extra.

The number of parking spaces at the hotel is limited. Please contact the hotel in advance to clarify the availability of parking spaces for the date of interest and their reservation.

Visa support services for foreign citizens are provided free of charge.

The registration fee for foreign citizens is RUB 290.00 per person, per stay.

All rooms and public areas are non-smoking.

When booking 9 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Children from 3 to 14 years old are allowed to visit the aqua zone daily from 7:00-18:30, in the presence of adults. Children under 3 years old are allowed to visit the aqua zone every Wednesday from 7:00-18:30, except for holidays. Visiting the aqua zone is not allowed for guests under 18 in the absence of adult accompanying persons. The accompanying adults are responsible for guests 0-17 years old inclusive while staying on the territory of the Palace Bridge Wellness Club. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the fitness center.

By making a booking with the payment type 'pay on site', guests confirm their consent to the hotel's pre-authorization of the cost of the first night's stay from the card specified during the booking at any time before arrival. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds on the bank card linked to the booking, and that the card expires no earlier than the date of arrival. If it is impossible to carry out pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to cancel such a booking without prior notice.

Breakfast is included in the price of an extra bed.
