Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The registration desk is located at: st. Bolshaya Konyushennaya, 25, opposite Bolshaya Konyushennaya, 10.
After registration, guests will be accommodated in one of the buildings or in the Grand or Aster. The apartments are identical.
The apartments does not provide facilities for disabled guests.
From the 1st of October, the restaurant in Nevsky Grand will be closed for renovation, and for all guest from Nevsky Grand and Nevsky Energy we will open a new cafe in Nevsky Aster.
Guests of the hotel can order a breakfast in the room at the price of RUB 400.00 per person. The service is available from 7:00 to 12:00.
Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00. The cost of breakfast for an adult is 550 rubles, for a child under 10 years old — RUB 250.00.
Buffet dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00.
The cost of dinner for an adult is RUB 650.00, for a child under 10 years old — RUB 450.00.
Drinks are not included.
On-site parking is available on request.

Children under 3 years stay free of charge without extra beds.
