I stayed in a penthouse room with my two boys (ages 5 and 7), and while everything about the hotel was very good, one person truly made the experience exceptional – Jaan. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for him. He went out of his way to make the kids feel special, always greeting them warmly and making a real fuss of them, which they absolutely loved. When my 7-year-old unfortunately hurt himself in a local park, Jaan was incredible – calm, kind, and genuinely caring, going well above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a difference to a stay, and thanks to Jaan, our trip felt not just comfortable but truly memorable. We can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families – and if you’re lucky enough to meet Jaan, you’ll be in the best hands.
