Garner Hotel Berlin - Checkpoint Charlie

Stayed here for the Lollapalooza Festival. The staff were amazing — the front office deserves a 100000/10! They were always helpful, answering our questions and assisting us whenever we needed something. We stayed for 3 nights, from July 12th to 15th, i think it was room 422,but i may be wrong. I don’t remember all the names, but I definitely remember Gomez, who was always around during the night shift — a young man with Asian features who was super helpful and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, totally living up to the IHG standard. Housekeeping was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good — a nice buffet with plenty of options. And lastly, a round of applause for all the behind-the-scenes staff who work tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly for guests like us. Your efforts truly made our stay exceptional! Highly recommend!
