I love this little hotel. It was my second time staying here and will absolutely stay here again. I travel solo and don't require much in a hotel other than a clean room, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. I not one that needs to be waited on hand and foot. The George fits those bills. The great thing about the George is its location. It's in the northern part of the 9th, aka SoPi. Not touristy at all, giving you that local vibe. It's a ten minute walk to Montmartre. Maybe fifteen minutes walk to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. The Saint George metro station is less than a five minute walk and that stop can get you almost anywhere you want to go in Paris in less than twenty minutes. Food? The street the George is on has an Ethiopian, Lebanese, Sushi, Pizza, and multiple French restaurants on the same block. Instagram famous places like Pink Mamma and Mamiche are five minutes away. If you want a great, locals like stay in Paris, the George is the place for you.
