A nice hotel at a great location of you want to be near all the activity. Walking distance to Times Sq and subway entrance is closed by. Staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean. Our room was very close to the elevator so we could hear noises when people passed by but it wasn't too bad. In summary, we would book Kixby again in the future.
