Rosen Shingle Creek is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at — but what truly sets them apart is how they treat each guest with love and care. During my recent stay, I had a heart-stopping moment when I realized I had left my precious engagement ring on the bathroom counter after checking out. I called the hotel in a panic, and their team sprang into action. Within hours, they located the ring, secured it, and assured me it was safe. But here’s the part that blew me away: they mailed it back to me — free of charge — with the utmost care and attention. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare these days.
