We walked into this hotel at 7am on a Saturday morning after checking out of the original hotel we were booked into due to it being disgusting. the young lady at the reception was so nice and helpful straight away they had a room for us but it wouldn't be ready until lunch time, but we could use the facilities straight away and go straight into breakfast. around 10am she came to find us round the pool and told us our room was ready and she had upgraded us. The rooms were lovely and very big for a couple, i can not fault the food in any way (if you complain about the food at this hotel you must be a very fussy person) The drinks are available 24 hours a day i believe. 2 of 3 pools we sat around you never had trouble with getting a bed at any time of the day. For a small all inclusive hotel i could not find fault in it in anyway, it has everything you need. an entrainment Team with things to do going on throughout the day and evening entertainment, little shop in the basement to get sweets, sun lotion and your designer bits that are reasonably priced.
