I met some wonderful people that really looked after me. The guest relations lady by the name Yaroslava was just perfect and really helpful. She went above and beyond to fix a small issue I had and made my stay perfect. Also the manager Mr Mohamed Mousa was so patient and caring and kind. The spa is absolutely amazing with a lovely young girl giving the best massage I’ve had in a long time her name is Minna. The bar staff at the pool bar were also superb they remember your order and keep you topped up all day. There are 2 in particular that stood out Ibrahim and Ibrahim. They are very talented at making cocktails.
