Our stay at the Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino was truly an excellent experience. The overall service was outstanding — from the warm welcome at the front office team early in the morning to the thoughtful care throughout our trip. The food and restaurant service were exceptional, with great attention to detail and hospitality. Housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness, and maintenance ensured everything was in excellent condition. The guest relations team went above and beyond with their outstanding service and personal touch. The hotel’s interiors, lobby, and public areas were simply stunning — truly a “wow” experience! Transport services were smooth and well-organized, making our trip comfortable and convenient. We also appreciated the welcome gifts and the farewell pictures and written messages — such thoughtful gestures that made our stay memorable. A special thanks to the General Manager for his kindness and leadership, and to Ahmad Samy for his excellent hospitality and care. Overall, our stay was fantastic — a perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and genuine customer care.
