Hi My wife and I are in our late 60's. We have stayed at Grand Millinium Hotel many times and it is our preferred Hotel in KL. The location is amazing and the breakfast has such variety. Most off all, the staff are so pleasant and polite. They will do their best to assist you but within reason. It is not fair of guests to take advantage of them. More specifically l, would like to say a big thank you to Ratney for understanding my situation when I needed to extend my stay. She was very clear and concise in explaining the options available to me. This made it so much easier for me to make a decision. I must admit I was close to considering another hotel option so as to give me some variety. However, thats when Kenneth the duty manager stepped in and convinced me that I should continue my stay at Grand Millinium. He also explained the room options to me and sold me on staying at the Grand Millinium. WELL DONE KENNETH. Lastly I had the opportunity to see Darhino smile, when she realized that I opted to continue my stay. All three of them were so pleasant and polite. I have to also include the staff (concierge) who manage the doors, they always recognise me and acknowledge me whenever I return to the hotel. This give me a sense of belonging. Grand Millinium should be proud to have staff that represent them so well. WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU.
