We stayed in the Deluxe Twin as we were a family of 4 (5yo and 10yo). Children stay free if they use existing bedding so we let our eldest sleep on the sofa and we brought a blanket with us. Room: Plenty of space for all 4 of us including our 8 suitcases. Bathroom is a bit dated however we only used it for freshening up and it did it's purpose. Aircon worked well and shower was powerful. Smart TV in the room so the kids could watch their own netflix shows. Mini fridge came with a little freezer compartment. Hotel: The pool was lovely, towards the afternoon, around 4pm it was shaded so the kids could play without having to worry about getting sunburnt. Plenty of loungers and was never crowded, pool towels were supplied. Breakfast was next to the pool and was OK. This kids found something to eat so that's all that mattered. The lobby had vending machines and are self service. Reception and door staff are attentive and helpful. Location: Super convenient, just off the main road for access to the BTS (Sky train). Also opposite the main road is EmSphere shopping mall with a food court and grocers. A 24hr coin operated washer and dryer only a few mins walk away. We used this throughout our stay. Plenty of convenience stores, hair and massage parlors line the streets. The hotel isn't perfect but for the price we paid compared to what other hotels were charging, we did not mind this. Overall we enjoyed this hotel and the kids were sad to leave. Will book again if we ever visit Bangkok in the future.
