Our stay was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Sergio and Anna at reception, Sofia and Chandan at the buffet, and Fabian and his team at the terrace bar—all very kind. Mr. Elías and the cleaning staff were super friendly! The hotel is very well connected by bus and ferry. The food was unbeatable, with a different menu every night! Everything was exquisite! We're heading back to Switzerland and look forward to returning soon!
