This was a second visit to the hotel. Prior to arriving on 28th October 2025 it had been my birthday a few days before. On arrival to the hotel and at reception we were warmly welcomed advised to go for dinner and they would have a nice surprise for us when we came back to get our room key. On return to reception the lady said we had been allocated the “view” suite. What can I say apart from amazing it was beyond a dream and something fit for a celebrity. We had lunch everyday at the pool bar as my 2 girls love the pasta. A special thanks to Osama Moris for his special treatment to us at the pool bar. Finally a big thankyou to Mahood in the Buffet restaurant who treated my 9 year old daughter like a queen making her little figures out of tissue and flowers. This was a lovely interaction for her and his kindness will be fondly remembered.
