My husband and I stayed at this hotel last year, and we still remember our trip with so much warmth. We’ve decided to return again - it was absolutely unforgettable! From the very first moments, the level of service is impressive. Upon arrival, our luggage was immediately taken care of, and we were offered refreshing drinks while waiting to check in. The front desk staff were extremely polite and attentive, explained everything clearly, and even escorted us to our room. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and smells wonderful - it gives you that instant feeling of comfort and care. We got a spacious room with a beautiful view, exactly as we requested when booking. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a lovely complimentary treat. Special thanks to the staff for helping me organize a surprise - they stored a large cake in their fridge and delivered it to our room right on time. Everything was perfect! At the beach and by the pools, the staff are simply amazing - always ready to help you find the best spot, adjust the sunbeds, and lay out the towels. During the day they offered complimentary fruit ice and cool towels for the face - such thoughtful details make relaxation complete. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfasts and dinners were both delicious and varied. For breakfast there were all kinds of eggs, smoked salmon, fresh fruits. For dinner - perfectly cooked steaks, seafood, fish, and appetizers. We stayed for 10 days, and the food never got repetitive - everything was top quality. Housekeeping was done twice a day and always impeccable. In the evening, we would return to find fresh water, slippers, and a small chocolate by the bed - such a nice touch. The staff were very responsive to every request. Someone in our building unfortunately broke the no-smoking rule, and we could smell smoke in our room. We reported it to the reception - within minutes they brought an aroma diffuser, and the problem was solved immediately. The hotel has a large, beautiful, and well-maintained territory. The beach is wide, with plenty of sunbeds spaced far apart - you can truly relax in peace and quiet. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, which made our rest absolutely perfect. We thought for a long time about where to go this year, but finally realized - we just want to come back here! This is a hotel where you genuinely feel like a valued guest, and where every detail is carefully thought out for a perfect stay.
