Stayed last week at this property. Everything went well as in previous stays. Good recognition for HH status customers. As a negative remark, I consider that the breakfast is a bit poor and does not look very appealing. As a positive remark I would like to comment about Mr Giovanni, who drives the hotel shuttle. I have stayed in many Hilton properties over the years and Mr Giovanni is the most courteous driver I have ever found, very polite and attentive. Also if you have the opportunity to speak with him, he can explain many things about the italian history in a very amusing way.
