This is the first time I’ve ever used trip advisor but after my stay at the Sheraton JBR I really wanted to share our experiences. I traveled with my twin daughters (age 4) and family. The staff at the Sheraton go above and beyond , and by staff I mean all staff. I’d like to mention staff such as the managers on reception. Who can’t do enough for you. The chefs, the waiters in the Seafield are so kind. Rachel (sea field ) so many staff to name! I used the hair dressers with an amazing stylist, he was great. It is such a wonderful hotel with the perfect blend of family and fun. I also used the kids club for the first time ever. The reason I did this was because I was welcomed by the wonderful Natasha who instantly made me feel relaxed. Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton we have already started to look again next year.
