First time staying at the Sheraton JBR as part of our two centred Dubai holiday, and we were very impressed by the location, level of service and quality of food and drinks. We were so impressed by the service provided in the Peacock restaurant by Christine. At the time of our visit the lawns were being refurbished and the pool was out of action for a few days due to technical issues. However, this had minimal impact as we used the facilities at the beach, which was fantastic. We were on a full board basis and took advantage of the offer to upgrade to all inclusive when we arrived. This upgrade was well worth the cost. Only minimal criticism we had was the rooms are very nice, but only a few have balconies. Therefore if you are in a room without a balcony there is no way of drying swimwear. We would definitely consider returning to the Sheraton JBR.
