I stayed at Le Meridien Vienna for 3 nights with my husband. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is modern, luxurious, clean and our corner room had double aspect windows overlooking the Schillerplatz park to one side, and views of the sunset over Elisabeth Strasse from the other side. The bed was large and comfortable, we slept so well. The bathroom is spacious with wet room shower and also a bath. There were useful complimentary toiletries, bathrobes to use, water, welcome drinks and chocolate. We had coupons to use in the bar for free drinks in lieu of housekeeping on day 2, one of several eco incentive initiatives by Le Meridien. Every member of staff we met made us feel special. They were friendly, cheerful and energetic. They listened to our questions and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. Such positive and professional attitudes to their roles. Special thanks to Laeticia, Fiona, Stephanie, Lisa and Rego. The staff also organised an early check in and late check out which made the beginning and end of our holiday very smooth and relaxing. Le Meridien is well placed to explore the city centre, within walking distance of many attractions including the Spanish Riding School, museum quarter, Grand Opera, Albertina, Stephansdom, and pedestrian shopping streets. The Big Bus Tour stops nearby too and we used it to get around and visit Prater including the big wheel, and when we went to Schonbrunn Palace. We will definitely stay at Le Meridien Vienna again!
