Stayed here back in July for 2 nights on business. Excellent welcome from Jhonathan on reception . Room was clean and quiet with great facilities . Pool area was great place to relax along with lovely bar menu. Breakfast was delicious and so plentiful. Really great atmosphere. Sadly I left an item in my room on check out. Instead of ignoring my emails - this hotel really knows how to deal with forgotten items . They packaged up my item for my courier to collect and get back to me. Sadly my courier let me down and my friend had to collect for me however it was all ready for her thanks to Jhonathan and Juan Carlos who have been so professional and kind by email. Thank you! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malaga!
