Hotel HSM Canarios Park - All Inclusive

* Honest review *. I have recently come back home from a beautiful family holiday 29/07/25-05/08/25 at HSM Canarios park. My family’s experience was fantastic the hotel has 2 good sized pools that are kept clean and monitored daily with lifeguards at both pools. And the splash pool for kids is perfect my daughter loved it. The splash pool is fairly cold water with I found to be perfect with the heat of the weather. The entertainment team were brilliant with daily activities by the pool including rifle shooting, archery, water polo and other kids, and teenage activities going on at the same time as the adults. This was brilliant for us as my little one was able to join in and get involved with things but also gave myself some interesting activities to take part in. The food was great there was plenty to choose from with fresh meats and fish daily. And fresh salad bar and cakes and fruit. The food was always nice and hot and cooked well. With even plenty of choice for my 4 year old daughter. Ice cream could be had on tap in little tubs you could get these by the pool during the day and in the evening whilst watching the entertainment. The bar staff were extremely friendly and attentive. And plenty of choice on alcoholic and no alcoholic beverages. The only issue with the drinks was that you had a reusable cup given to you and that was your cup for the stay and would be cleaned and refilled at your leisure. This isn’t really the hotels issue as it seems to be some legislation in Spain. And round the bar at the pool there was a lot of wasps again not the hotels fault but rather annoying. The rooms were nice and clean and were done up daily the rooms were small with a small balcony but were more than adequate for our needs with a safe in the room and air conditioning. The evening entertainment was very good. With a mini disco for the little ones and bingo and a show at night some times done by the in house team and some night were external people but all were good and enjoyable. There is a beach nearby about a 10 minute walk from the hotel this is a small cove with Lovely crystal clear water. The hotel provides a small free taxi service to another local beach in the nearby town the taxi will only for 9 people in at a time so depending on how many people are in your party it might be better getting a taxi which the hotel will boom for you and it costs around 5-8 euros. All in all we had a fantastic family holiday the hotel is very family oriented and is set up and ideal for families with young children we will definitely be booking again in the future.
